The Pokémon Company is releasing an incredibly squishy, palm-sized Ditto toy designed for stress relief. This unique collectible allows fans to experience the shape-shifting pocket monster's texture firsthand, serving as a tactile way to relieve anxiety.
Ditto has had a standout year in 2026, featuring train station collaborations, Switch 2 cases, and talking plushies. However, this toy introduces a new interactive element: squeezing its body causes its default happy smile to shift into expressions of pride, surprise, or sadness. Sculpted by veteran Pokémon Trading Card Game clay artist Yuka Morii, the collectible retains a satisfying bounce while mirroring the user's mood.
Priced at ¥3,080 (approximately $19.12), the toy will distribute via Ash Concept’s KONCENT store before officially launching across Japan on July 17.
