Broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson, 66, revealed in the final episodes of Clarkson's Farm Season 5 that he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer following a routine medical check in May 2025. He has since undergone surgery to remove part of his prostate.
Follow-up tests showed no remaining signs of cancer. Clarkson, who also underwent a heart procedure in October 2024, called himself "the world's luckiest man." This double health scare has shifted his lifestyle toward slower driving, walking, eating vegetarian meals, and spending time with his grandchildren.
In a characteristic video for his pub, The Farmer's Dog, he bluntly noted that viewers will have noticed he is "not dead." However, his main message is a serious plea for other men to get tested, noting that prostate cancer kills 12,000 men annually in the UK. He credits early detection through a simple blood test as the sole reason he is still here today.
