Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Season 3 has officially revealed its full production staff alongside a striking new teaser illustration. The major update was announced during a special panel at Anime Expo in Los Angeles, confirming the highly anticipated anime's broadcast premiere for October 2027.
Studio MADHOUSE returns to animate the third season, with Tomoya Kitagawa taking over as the series director, supported by assistant director Daiki Harashina and directing consultant Keiichiro Saito. Character designer Maru Takase crafted the new promotional art, which heavily spotlights the elegant demon Macht sipping tea in an atmospheric setting.
The rest of the core creative team includes Tomomi Suzuki handling series composition, with Takase and Keisuke Kojima managing character designs. Acclaimed composer Evan Call is also locked in to score the new season's music.
