Bleach Mirrors High Game Debuts Two New Canon Tite Kubo Protagonists

Bandai Namco has announced BLEACH Mirrors High, a new mobile action game that continues the story after the Thousand-Year Blood War arc. Franchise creator Tite Kubo is heavily involved in the development, giving fans a canonical sequel to the main series.

The original story follows two fresh protagonists designed by Kubo himself: a red-haired boy named Shirin Migishima and a blonde girl named Shirane Sanari. Titled as an "Immersive 13 Court Guard Squads Action" game, players join the Gotei 13 ranks, fighting alongside familiar characters like Ichigo, Rukia, and Hitsugaya.

Kubo handled the title, scenario, and character designs, even participating in voice casting. While fans are thrilled about the canonical timeline and new art, community reaction remains somewhat divided due to the game's mobile gacha format. Beta testing is scheduled to begin on July 22.
