Talk about Patrick Stewart retiring picked up after rumors claimed his role in Avengers Doomsday would be his final on screen appearance. The legendary 85 year old actor cleared things up himself in an interview with TV Insider.
He admitted that as he gets older there are fewer roles coming his way, but he's still landing projects he genuinely enjoys, like voicing a character in Riz Ahmed's new series Bait.
Stewart even said he can't imagine officially retiring, since being an actor is just part of who he is at this point. He's best known for iconic roles like Professor X in X-Men and Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek, both major highlights of his career.
