Fantasy anime fans are eating good in October 2027 with a massive double-header. First, "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" Season 3 will officially tackle the fan-favorite Golden Land arc, a continuation that was highly anticipated right after Season 2 wrapped up its successful run.
Simultaneously, "Dungeon Meshi" (Delicious in Dungeon) Season 2 is also set to premiere on Netflix that same month. The upcoming season will follow Laios and his adventurous party as they dive deeper into the dungeon. The series is based on the popular manga by Ryoko Kui, which is already fully completed at 97 chapters, ensuring the anime has plenty of rich source material to draw from.
