The artwork lovingly parodies vintage Universal and Hammer horror films, depicting Shaun as a mad scientist in a lab coat and safety goggles clutching a glowing pink potion, while his flock watches in shock.
A behind-the-scenes featurette released on GKIDS' YouTube channel showcases the incredible craft behind the poster, revealing that the physical set was entirely handcrafted using real clay models and practical lighting.
Directed by Steve Cox and Matthew Walker, this third feature film is a fun Halloween adventure. When the Farmer accidentally destroys the flock's pumpkin patch, Shaun's science experiments spiral out of control just as a hairy beast begins roaming the woods. GKIDS will handle the US theatrical release, with Sky Cinema in the UK and STUDIOCANAL distributing internationally.
